Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LavishCouple, we strive to provide seamless and luxurious experiences for couples. We understand that plans may change, and we want to ensure a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made through our platform.

LavishCouple is a brand owned and operated by Gulf HR Solutions Private Limited, and all cancellation and refund requests will be processed as per the terms outlined below.


1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the partner (service provider) offering the experience. Each experience or service may have its own cancellation terms, which will be displayed at the time of booking.

  • If an experience is non-refundable, it will be explicitly mentioned in the booking details.

  • For bookings that allow cancellations, requests must be made within the specified cancellation window to be eligible for a refund.


2. Cancellation by Users

If you need to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

2.1 Refundable Bookings

  • If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, a refund (partial or full) will be processed based on the partner’s policy.

  • Some experiences may have a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

  • If an experience is marked as non-refundable, no refund will be issued, regardless of the cancellation reason.

  • No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

2.3 Late Cancellations

  • If you cancel after the allowed cancellation period, you may be charged up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on the partner’s policy.


3. Cancellation by LavishCouple or Partners

In rare cases, an experience may be canceled by either LavishCouple or the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
✔ Weather conditions (for outdoor activities)
✔ Technical issues or operational challenges
✔ Partner unavailability
✔ Unforeseen legal or safety concerns

In such cases, users will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date for the experience, OR

  • A full refund, if rescheduling is not possible


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • LavishCouple is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.


5. No-Show & Last-Minute Changes

  • If you do not show up for your booked experience without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you request last-minute changes, they are subject to the partner’s approval and may incur additional charges.


6. Special Cases & Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe a cancellation or refund request was handled unfairly, you can contact our support team at support@lavishcouple.com.

  • We will investigate and mediate between users and partners, but final decisions will be based on the partner’s policies.
