Customer Experience Manager
Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and resolve any concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in hospitality or luxury service industries.
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships with luxury service providers, and create sales strategies to expand our reach.
Qualifications: Experience in sales and business development, especially in luxury or lifestyle sectors, with a passion for delivering top-tier experiences.
Content Creator / Social Media Manager
Responsibilities: Create engaging content for our website and social media platforms, build brand awareness, and grow our online community.
Qualifications: Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Previous experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
Operations Specialist
Responsibilities: Coordinate with service providers, ensure the smooth execution of bookings, and manage logistics for customer experiences.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in operations or event planning.
